Nathan Eaans

Nathan, with 20 years of experience in the industry, is deeply passionate about art and visual storytelling. He co-founded Dreamwake Films Productions in 2009, a studio dedicated to independent filmmaking. For the past seven years, he has been lending his expertise as a creative consultant to major Hollywood studios, contributing to various stages of the content creation process.

His skill set extends beyond filmmaking, encompassing computer programming, brand management, 3D design, and marketing. Nathan's entrepreneurial spirit is evident in his founding of three award-winning interactive marketing communications firms. He has played a pivotal role in crafting global marketing strategies for over 30 companies, ranging from startups to Fortune 500 giants, including industry leaders like Disney, GE, Nike, Warner Bros, Capital One, Lions Gate, Sony Music, Universal Pictures, Audi and NASA.

Nathan's contributions to visual effects are showcased in several major feature films. His proficiency in deploying high-tech projects is highlighted by his work with The Walt Disney Company, where he developed corporate intranet and worldwide theatrical distribution systems. These initiatives have significantly enhanced efficiencies, yielding substantial returns globally. He is now part one of the top Fortune 500 Architect companies.

Benjamin Easterday

After a 30-year career in film and television, Benjamin has shifted his focus towards Development and Mixed Reality. His extensive experience spans all aspects of film production, from transportation to executive roles. His filmography is diverse, including network TV, feature films, independent projects, national advertising campaigns, and coordinating film transportation.

Benjamin's journey in the industry is underpinned by a background in Marketing/Sales and Business Management, coupled with his practical approach as a "Practical Producing Artist." This unique blend allows him to bridge the gap between theory and practice, engaging in small business ventures and film development initiatives.

In 2005, his interest veered towards producing. After completing several courses, he honed his skills in both scripted and unscripted television. By 2007, he had earned producer credits and began developing other projects based in Los Angeles. He further expanded his skill set in 2012 by adding stunt safety coordination with Hollywood's smaller production companies and the New York Film School, as well as script development and financing initiatives.

In recent years, Benjamin's passion has evolved towards web-related AR futures development. His projects range from educational initiatives with Discovery Education to series and projects with budgets between 1-5 million dollars. He now oversees primary production development and general business operations at The EV Entertainment & Production Group, founded in 2016 as EV Productions as well current development companies Blackmudd Production LLC (MS) and Black Stratton Group (GA).

Mac Ruiz

A dynamic force on set and known across the film industry, Mac transitioned from a military background and collegiate success to the cinematic world in 2010. His early career was defined by a deep dive into the camera department, where he mastered digital film and technology processing. He quickly became a vital link between the film industry and manufacturing giants like Cinema Devices, significantly contributing to the introduction of their groundbreaking Anti-Gravity Rig in the southeastern U.S.

In 2014, Mac's career took a transformative turn under the mentorship of esteemed Cinematographer Shane Hurlbut, ASC. This experience was pivotal in shaping his expertise in the grip and electric departments and paving his path to becoming a cinematographer. His tenure on large-scale productions like Disney's "Aladdin" and HBO's "The Watchmen" refined his insights into efficient filmmaking and waste reduction on sets.

The establishment of Stratton Film in 2018 marked the culmination of Mac's rich cinematographic training and big-set experiences. The company is a testament to his commitment to revolutionizing film production by lowering costs and improving crew quality of life through streamlined practices.
